The Dodge Coronet series was produced between 1949 and 1955, and was the top of the range of models released by Dodge during these years. Ambulances based on the Coronet were cutdown sedans with purpose built rear patient compartments built by Sages in Melbourne. The series models were designated DL (1949 model), D34 (1950 model), D42 (1951-2 models), D44/46 (1953 models) D50/51 (1954 models) and D50 (1955 models) |
