1996, Rural Ambulance Victoria began introducing the GMC Sierra into
Service
as a replacement
for the Ford 250's. The rear module was built
by Jakab Industries with
a total of 180 being
put into Ambulance
Service, the last being delivered on the 3rd December
2001
